Description: Historic Garden Week in Virginia offers an engaging variety of four to six private homes and gardens, many open for the very first time to the public, as well as access to several sites of local interest, for a full day of programming, at various locations throughout the state. From Monticello, Mount Vernon to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, to name a few, proceeds from Historic Garden Week fund the restoration and preservation of historic public gardens and a partnership with Virginia State Parks.

Historic Garden Week will appeal to avid gardeners, history buffs and those that appreciate interior design, as well as groups looking to make springtime in Virginia especially memorable.
